So it's been an interesting week around here. First Tommy had roseola. Which really wasn't fun with the high fevers and puking and then the scary looking rash. Then I started getting really bad headaches and couldn't really move my neck and my upper back hurt on Tuesday and progressively got worse, friday early am had to go to the ER and have a lumbar puncture and ended up getting admitted with viral meningitis. I've never felt this sick in my whole life and would have rather had a natural childbirth then have these type of headaches. I finally got discharged today and am just trying to relax. Oh and we got a new kitty, a little seal pointe siamese. No name yet....

Well, I will be taking Brody out of school today to take him to the dr. He had a problem at his physical for excessive ear wax and was sent home with the order to use ear drops to loosen it up after they had irrigated his ears at the office. Well, the other day after his shower he had a huge gob of it right inside his ear, so of course dummy me tried to use a q-tip to get it out and Brody got freaked and threw his arm up and 3/4 of the q-tip went into his ear. So now he has been telling us his ear hurts and is slapping that side of his face, so I think he has a ruptured ear drum. So I'm taking him today to get it checked out. I swear it's never ending around here!

The weather is suppose to be beatiful all week and weekend, so I think we may go get pumpkins, gords, broom grass and corn stalks and decorate for fall this weekend!

So, today when I walked out of work, it was just plain brisk out! I keep saying how ready for fall I am, but now I'm not so sure. I had to turn on the heat in my car! I guess there is no denying it, fall and winter are approaching fast! It will be time to break out the shovel and ice scrapper in a few weeks! LOL

We took the boys to Tanner's Orchard to pick apples on Sat. It was beautiful out! The boys had fun and so did we. We rode the covered wagon out to the orchard. Then we picked apples and the boys had fun helping! They were so good and the apples were delicious as well!!

Then we decided to go see the goats and llamas at the petting zoo. Brody didn't really care for them, but Tommy had a blast feeding them little pellets of food!

Then we headed off to the store and bought some yummy apple fritters and some apple doughnuts. When we got home we made caramel apples with nuts and toffee chunks! MMMmmm!!

Ok, so I decided to start a blog...

I decided instead of having a myspace, I would start a blog. That way family and friends can read what we have been up to, what's new with the boys, and check out new photos... Hopefully, I can figure this out!
